My name is Puffy works for Realtek Inc Taiwan as coordinator of test equipment survey for R&D and production line needs for video business BU.
Realtek bought Master MSPG-7100 and MSPG-8100 several units in the pass few year through Ascendant ( Ya Shun) Technology Corp. Besides Master, Ascendant also sell Dektec, Lumantek, Allegro to our company, and we are very satisfied with their pre-sales and post-sales support for Master test equipment.
According the Ascendant that Master has appointed a new distributor Linkwen as your exclusive distributor in Taiwan. But we like to do business with Ascendant and like it's survice. And we prefer to buy Master equipment and after sales service through Ascendant, would you please to open your sales channel and allow Ascendant to distribute your test equipment to Realtek in Taiwan.
